Information and Broadcasting Minister Attaullah Tarar highlighted these developments during a press conference in Lahore, asserting the government’s dedication to addressing national challenges.
According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Tarar discussed the recognition of Pakistan’s economic improvements by international media, including a Bloomberg report predicting a decrease in the country’s inflation rate. He referenced a Gallup survey indicating a rise in investor confidence, which has spurred local investment and is expected to foster economic growth.
The minister emphasized the growing global acknowledgement of Pakistan’s economic strides, suggesting a restored business confidence in the Shehbaz Sharif administration. However, he cautioned against entities opposed to national progress, specifically referencing attempts to undermine the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) projects.
