Karachi, Lucky Core Industries Limited has announced that its Board of Directors will hold a meeting on August 02, 2023, at Karachi and through video conferencing. The meeting’s agenda includes consideration of the annual financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2023, and the declaration of any entitlement.

In compliance with Clause 5.6.4 of the Rule Book of Pakistan Stock Exchange, the company has declared a “Closed Period” from July 26, 2023, to August 02, 2023 (both days inclusive). During this period, no Director, Chief Executive Officer, or Executive shall engage in any dealings related to the shares of the company, either directly or indirectly.
