Member of National Assembly Thanks Sindh Governor for Assisting Pakistani Pilgrims in Iraq

Karachi: In a recent meeting held in Islamabad, Abdul Hameed Hussain, a Member of the National Assembly, expressed gratitude towards Kamran Khan Tesori, the Governor of Sindh, for his proactive efforts in facilitating the timely return of Pakistani pilgrims stranded in Iraq.

According to Sindh Governor House, the meeting focused on the plight of the pilgrims who were unable to return from Iraq. Abdul Hameed Hussain acknowledged the Governor’s swift action in contacting the Iraqi ambassador, which led to assurances that measures would be taken promptly to ensure the safe return of all affected individuals to Pakistan.

Governor Tesori reiterated the commitment of his office to assist any Pakistani nationals facing difficulties abroad, emphasizing the importance of swift governmental intervention in international affairs concerning citizens’ welfare.
