Militancy and Extremism will decrease in Tribal Areas through development

Islamabad: The Federal Minister for SAFRON, Engr. Shaukat Ullah hosted an Iftar Party in the honour of Business Community who hail from FATA, here in Islamabad Club.

On this occasion, the Federal Minister said that the law and order situation in FATA is improving and there is a good opportunity for investor to invest in various sectors particularly in minerals as FATA is rich in mineral resources particularly marble and granite. He said that through developmental activities the militancy in FATA will decrease and people will start thinking for their healthy activities.

He reiterated that the government will give full support and security for the investors who invest in FATA. The minister said that it is a landmark achievements of the present government that the long demanding FATA reforms have been introduced and now political activities will start which will realize the FATA people at par the other people of the country.

On the occasion, the Chairman of All Pakistan Marble Industries Association (APIMA), Mr. Hidayat Ullah Khan extended thanks to the Minister upon his efforts for the FATA development and assured him that business community will cooperate with the government and they will invest in FATA in various projects.

The Chairman of Pakistan Stone Development Corporation, Mr. Ehsan Ullah Khan said that all sorts of efforts should be done for the up-lifting of FATA and with government cooperation we will materialized our dream for FATA development. He said that all kind of machinery should be provided for the exploring and excavation of various minerals in the area. He lauded the dynamic role of the Federal Minister for the well being and prosperity of these marginalize and naturally resource full area.
