Minister Tarar Highlights Sacrifices of KP People and Security Forces for Peace

Peshawar: Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar has acknowledged the significant sacrifices made by the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and security forces in maintaining peace in the region.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, during a media briefing in Peshawar, Tarar reflected on the efforts to combat terrorism, citing past operations such as Zarb-e-Azb and Radd-ul-Fasaad, which aimed to eradicate terrorist activities in Pakistan.

The minister also mentioned a recent terrorist attack in Bannu that resulted in the martyrdom of eight security personnel. He noted that the attack involved miscreants from the Aman March who fired at the security wall of Bannu Cantt, highlighting ongoing security challenges.
