Ministry of Planning Launches New Module for Project Automation System

Islamabad: The Ministry of Planning, Development, and Special Initiatives has announced the launch of the PC-III module under the Intelligent Project Automation System (iPAS), marking a significant upgrade in project monitoring and evaluation.

According to Ministry of Planning Development and Special Initiatives, this new module became operational on July 1, 2024, replacing the older Project Monitoring and Evaluation System (PMES). It is designed to enhance data transparency and efficiency, requiring Focal Persons and Project Directors from various ministries and divisions to upload their project progress directly onto the system. This initiative is part of the Ministry’s broader effort to automate project management processes, including the earlier launches of automated PSDP Formulation and PC-I and PC-II modules.
