Mughal Road Closure in IIOJK Due to Weather Conditions

Srinagar: In response to ongoing inclement weather, authorities have announced the closure of traffic on Mughal Road in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir. This preventive measure has been in effect for the last few days to ensure safety amid potential geological hazards.

According to Kashmir Media Service, an official reported that all traffic has been halted on Mughal Road due to adverse weather conditions that have raised concerns about possible landslides and shooting stones along the route. “The road will be opened for traffic after improvement in weather conditions,” the official stated, urging the public to avoid traveling on this road until it is deemed safe.
