NADRA Introduces Improvements in Mastung Registration Centers

Mastung, In an unannounced inspection, Director General of NADRA Balochistan, Mohammad Kashif Iqbal, visited the NADRA Registration Centers in the Mastung District and its Tehsil Dasht, implementing several enhancements to improve service delivery.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, during his visit, Director General Iqbal ordered the establishment of an additional processing counter specifically for women at the NADRA Registration Office in Mastung, aimed at expediting processing times. He also directed the office in-charge to ensure proper seating and availability of clean water for visitors.

At the NRC Dasht, Iqbal reviewed various departments and assessed the office’s boundary wall. He listened to the challenges faced by the staff and visitors, announcing plans to construct a separate waiting area for women and the elderly. Following consultations with local government, there will be an expansion of the center’s premises to accommodate these improvements.
