Jammu, The National Conference (NC) has asserted that the people of Jammu will defeat the Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) divisive agenda through their votes, emphasizing the importance of maintaining India’s pluralistic ethos.
According to Kashmir Media Service, NC leader Ajay Kumar Sadhotra addressed an election rally in support of Congress candidate Raman Bhalla, who is running for the Jammu Lok Sabha constituency. He warned against the proliferation of communal politics, describing it as a serious threat to the country’s stability and progress.
“Communal politics jeopardises the stability and progress of the nation,” Sadhotra stated, highlighting that India’s strength lies in its diversity, with a rich tapestry of cultures, languages, and religions coexisting harmoniously. He added that the BJP’s divisive agenda threatens this delicate balance and undermines the country’s inclusive values.
