Lahore, A Board of Directors meeting of Nishat (Chunian) Limited is set to take place in Lahore on April 30, 2024. The purpose of the meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited Separate and Consolidated Financial statements for the quarter ending March 31, 2024.

In conjunction with this upcoming meeting, Nishat (Chunian) Limited has announced a Closed Period from April 23, 2024, to April 30, 2024. During this time, directors, the CEO, and executives are prohibited from dealing in the company’s shares.
