SARITOW SPINNING MILLS LIMITED SCHEDULES BOARD MEETING TO REVIEW QUARTERLY ACCOUNTS

Lahore, Saritow Spinning Mills Limited has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on Tuesday, April 30, 2024, in Lahore to review the un-audited quarterly accounts for the third quarter, which concluded on March 31, 2024.

The company has also declared a “Closed Period” from April 24, 2024, to April 30, 2024, in compliance with PSX Regulation 5.6.1(d). During this time, directors, the CEO, and executives are prohibited from dealing in the company’s shares.
