Karachi: We have to inform you that due to sad demise of Mr. Muhammad Saleem, Director of the Nishat Chunian Power Limited (NCPL) (the “Company”), Mrs. Farhat Saleem is hereby appointed as Director of the Company with effect from March 14, 2012 to fill the causal vacancy on the Board of Nishat Chunian Power Limited.
