Islamabad: Chief of Air Staff, Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Baber Sidhu, has highlighted the Pakistan Air Force’s (PAF) remarkable display of capability, resilience, and dominance during Marka-e-Haq, a testament to its unparalleled legacy.
According to Radio Pakistan, the Air Chief addressed a ceremony marking the one-year anniversary of Marka-e-Haq at Air Headquarters in Islamabad. He attributed Pakistan’s notable success to a unified approach by all elements of national power and divine blessings. For the first time in air warfare history, PAF executed a full spectrum multi-domain operation, stunning the world with its superbly choreographed and flawlessly executed maneuvers. PAF targeted numerous high-value and high-visibility objectives, demonstrating its operational prowess.
Air Chief Marshal Sidhu elaborated on the strategic achievements, including disrupting the enemy’s power and transport systems, crippling critical operational installations, and downing modern Rafale jets while destroying an advanced S-400 battery. He emphasized that the enemy was effectively incapacitated well before anticipated.
Central to this success was PAF’s indigenous kill chain, which integrated all operational elements into a formidable force package. He noted that while PAF could have pursued further action, it chose a responsible and calibrated application of force.
Looking ahead, the Air Chief reaffirmed PAF’s commitment to preparing for future challenges. He highlighted the rapid expansion of capabilities at the National Aerospace Science and Technology Park and a series of indigenous projects that are in active development. He assured that PAF would continue to meet the expectations of the resilient people of Pakistan, remaining a symbol of national pride.
