Makkah: Minister for Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony Sardar Muhammad Yousaf has reiterated the government’s commitment to providing maximum facilities to Pakistani pilgrims. Reviewing arrangements for Pakistani pilgrims in Makkah today, he said feedback from pilgrims will be collected through the Pak Hajj App after the culmination of Hajj activities.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Minister visited various sections of the Pakistan Hajj Mission in Makkah. Sardar Muhammad Yousaf stated that the feedback data will be made public after the pilgrims return to Pakistan. He highlighted that the Ministry has completed the training and deployment of supervisors to guide pilgrims during Hajj, with one supervisor assigned to every 188 pilgrims.

More than 118,000 pilgrims under the government Hajj scheme are currently in Makkah. The Pak Hajj mobile app and toll-free helpline remain operational round the clock to provide guidance and address complaints. It is pertinent to mention that complaints related to food, accommodation, and transport have remained below one percent this year.

The intending pilgrims will be transported to Mina on the night between the 7th and 8th of Zilhajj.
