Karachi: This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held at 09.30 as on Monday, March 19, 2012 at the Registered Office of the Company DSU-13, Pakistan Steel Industrial Estate, Bin Qasim, Karachi to consider audited accounts for the year ended December31, 2011.

Therefore closed period under Regulation No. 37(xxvi) of Code of Corporate Governance will be front 13th March 2012 to 19th March 2012.
