Pakistan and UAE Leaders Discuss Strengthening Bilateral Ties and Mourn Royal Loss

Islamabad, Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif and President of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, engaged in a meaningful telephonic conversation this evening, which included both condolences and discussions on bilateral relations.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Prime Minister Sharif expressed deep condolences for the passing of Sheikh Tahnoun bin Mohamed Al Nahyan, the UAE President’s uncle, and appreciated the enduring leadership qualities of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, a noted ally of Pakistan. The UAE President thanked the Prime Minister for his sentiments.

During the call, both leaders reaffirmed their commitment to enhancing the ties between their nations and agreed to arrange a meeting soon at a date convenient for both. This conversation highlights the strong diplomatic relations between Pakistan and the UAE and their mutual interest in further developing these ties.
