Pakistan Army Aids Tribal Youth in Joining Military Ranks

Islamabad: The Pakistan Army is actively working to integrate the youth of tribal districts, such as North Waziristan, into the mainstream by preparing them for commission in the Army.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the ISSB Cadre program, conducted by the Pakistan Army, recently prepared fourteen candidates from North Waziristan for various tests required by the Inter-Services Selection Board (ISSB), excluding the final interview. This initiative is part of a broader effort to enhance the participation of tribal youth in national defense roles and promote their socio-economic development.

The program underscores the Army’s commitment to fostering inclusion and providing equal opportunities for young individuals from diverse backgrounds across the country.
