Islamabad, May 23, 2023 (PPI-OT): Pakistan’s Ambassador to China Moin ul Haque says Pakistan emphatically endorses the spirit and philosophy of China’s Belt and Road Initiative, which seeks to transcend national boundaries and lay bridges for win-win cooperation, common development, and closer economic integration for a shared future.

In an interview with the Global Times, he said Pakistan is one of the earliest supporters and participants in the BRI. The Ambassador said one flagship project of the cooperation between China and Pakistan is China Pakistan Economic Corridor. He said while fully aligning with the national development agenda of Pakistan, CPEC has been the key to its socio-economic development.
