Pakistan Navy and PMSA Intercept Major Drug Shipment in Arabian Sea

Karachi, In a significant crackdown on illegal drug trafficking, the Pakistan Navy and Pakistan Maritime Security Agency (PMSA) have successfully seized a large consignment of narcotics at sea.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the operation involved the PMSS Zhob, a vessel of the Pakistan Maritime Security Agency, which intercepted the narcotics in the North Arabian Sea. The seized drugs have a high value in the international market. This marks the third major anti-smuggling effort by the Pakistan Navy in the past ten days, highlighting its continuous vigilance over the nation’s maritime boundaries. The joint operation underscores the robust surveillance and security measures enforced by the Pakistan Navy and PMSA to deter illegal activities and ensure the security of sea lanes.
