Pakistan Petroleum Limited’s deferment of board meeting/ extension in closed period

Karachi, August 13, 2013 (PPI-OT): This is further to our letter reference CS/CCG-1024 dated 29 July, 2013 advising that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 16 August, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. and the period from 2 August, 2013 to 16 August, 2013 (both days inclusive) is declared as “Closed Period” in terms of clause (xxiii) of the Code of Corporate Governance.

We would now like to advise that the above referred Board Meeting has deferred. The new date, time and venue of the meeting will be advised to you later.

Consequent to the deferment of the Board Meeting, the “Closed Period” is extended and will remain in force till the revised date of the Board Meeting.
