Pakistan Seeks Enhanced Cooperation with US for Global Stability, Says PM Sharif

Islamabad, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has expressed Pakistan’s interest in partnering with the United States to foster global peace and security, underscoring a commitment to regional development and prosperity. This intent was conveyed in his response to a letter from US President Joe Biden, emphasizing the value Pakistan places on its bilateral relationship with the United States.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Sharif highlighted ongoing collaborations between Pakistan and the US in areas critical to both nations’ interests, including energy, climate change, agriculture, health, and education. The Prime Minister specifically noted the positive developments in energy cooperation and the Green Alliance initiative, reflecting the multifaceted partnership aimed at achieving substantial and mutual benefits.
