Pakistan Stock Exchange to Review Q3 Financial Statements in Upcoming Board Meeting

Karachi, A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited (the Exchange) is scheduled for Wednesday, April 17, 2024, at 01:00 p.m. This meeting will take place at the registered office of the Exchange and will also be conducted through video-conferencing. The primary agenda of this gathering is to consider and approve the third quarterly financial statements of the Exchange for the period ended March 31, 2024. Additionally, the board will discuss the declaration of any entitlements.

In compliance with Clause 5.6.4 of the Rule Book of the Exchange, a closed period from April 09, 2024, to April 17, 2024, has been declared by the Exchange. During this period, Directors, the CEO, or Executives of the Exchange are prohibited from dealing in the shares of the Exchange, whether directly or indirectly.
