Pakistan to achieve three trillion dollar economy by 2047: Planning Minister

Minister for Planning and Development Ahsan Iqbal says the country will achieve three trillion dollar economy by 2047, through targeted growth rate of nine percent.

He was addressing the “Leaders in Islamabad Business Summit 2024” in Islamabad today.

The Planning Minister said Pakistan aims to establish itself as an attractive destination for global industries, fostering its position in the international market. He stressed the imperative role of collaboration between the government and the private sector in driving economic growth.
