Pakistan’s Equestrian Team Gears Up for Paris Olympics 2024

Islamabad, Ambassador Asim Iftikhar Ahmad recently visited Pakistan’s Eventing team at their training camp in Sandillon, France, as they prepare for the upcoming Paris Olympics 2024.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Ambassador Ahmad met with equestrian Usman Khan and his coach Pierre Defrance, discussing their progress in qualification events and their preparations in dressage, show jumping, and cross-country.

The ambassador praised their efforts and expressed optimism about Pakistan’s potential for success in the equestrian events at the Olympics. During his visit, he also rode Pakistan’s horse, MIRAJ (Eden du Veret), and commended the dedication of the team and the training led by Pierre Defrance.
