PM Sharif Envisions New Chapter in Pakistan-Saudi Relations with Upcoming Agreements

Islamabad, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif expressed optimism that ongoing discussions with a high-level Saudi delegation will herald a new era of enhanced cooperation between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, predicting the signing of agreements worth billions of dollars in the near future.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the remarks were made during a dinner hosted in Islamabad in honor of the visiting Saudi delegation, led by Foreign Minister Faisal bin Farhan Al-Saud. Prime Minister Sharif articulated his satisfaction with the progress made in areas of mutual interest and highlighted the anticipated visit of the Saudi Crown Prince to Pakistan for the formal signing of these agreements.

During the event, Foreign Minister Faisal bin Farhan Al-Saud reciprocated the sentiments, thanking the Pakistani government for their warm reception and hospitality. He acknowledged the cooperative spirit of the talks, noting that they set the stage for a strengthened phase of partnership and brotherhood through significant economic collaboration benefiting both nations.
