Srinagar, June 01, 2015 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, Indian police raided the house of Independent member of so-called Kashmir Assembly, Engineer Abdur Rasheed, at Bemina in Srinagar on the pretext of presence of Mujahideen in his house. Special Operations Group (SOG) of Police raided the house and summoned the MLA. However, police failed to find anything suspicious from the house despite thorough search. Political experts say that the raid was part of the conspiracy by Indian authorities to silence the MLA over Kashmir dispute through such tactics.
