President appoints Justice Irfan Saadat as acting Chief Justice of Sindh High Court

President Dr Arif Alvi has appointed Puisne judge of the Sindh High Court Justice Irfan Saadat Khan as acting Chief Justice of the Sindh High Court.

The President approved the appointment under Article 196 of the Constitution.

The incumbent Chief Justice of the Sindh High Court is going to retire from his office on Monday.
