President Summons National Assembly Session in Islamabad

Islamabad, The President of Pakistan has summoned a session of the National Assembly to convene at the Parliament House on the 19th of April, 2024, at 10:30 a.m.

According to National Assembly of Pakistan, the Secretary General, Tahir Hussain, issued the notification on the 18th of April, 2024, exercising the powers conferred by clause (1) of Article 54 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The summons directs the National Assembly to meet in a session scheduled for Friday. The notice also specified that 20 copies of the extraordinary Gazette, containing the notification, be supplied to the National Assembly Secretariat today.
