Riyadh, Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has extended his congratulations to Hamzah Sheeraz, a young boxing star of Pakistani origin, on his recent victory at the Kingdom Arena in Riyadh. This event not only highlighted the athlete’s prowess but also the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s capacity to host significant sporting events.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Prime Minister Sharif expressed his delight over Sheeraz’s triumph in a message shared on the social media platform X. He commended Saudi Arabia for organizing such an impressive boxing bout and stated his pride in Sheeraz’s accomplishments, anticipating his future success as a World Champion.

The Prime Minister also mentioned his eagerness to welcome Sheeraz back to Pakistan soon as a champion, underscoring the national pride in his achievements and the broader diplomatic goodwill between Saudi Arabia and Pakistan facilitated through sports.
