Lahore, Provincial Minister of Health and Emergency Services Khawaja Salman Rafiq expressed deep sorrow over the death of Iranian President Ibrahim Raisi and his companions. The minister recalled the late president’s recent visit to Pakistan, describing it as historic.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Punjab, Minister Rafiq extended his condolences to the families of the deceased and the people of Iran, emphasizing that Pakistan shares in their grief. The loss of President Raisi was characterized as a significant blow to Iran and the broader Muslim community.
