Religious Affairs Secretary and Saudi Ambassador Review Hajj Preparations

Islamabad, The Federal Secretary for Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony, Zulfiquar Haider, met with the Saudi Ambassador to Pakistan, H.E. Nawaf bin Saeed Ahmad Al-Malkiy, to discuss the upcoming Hajj preparations and bilateral relations between the two nations.

According to Press Information Department, the meeting focused on ensuring that the arrangements for the Hajj pilgrimage are comprehensive and facilitate the smooth conduct of the annual religious event. The discussions aimed at further strengthening the already close ties between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, with both sides expressing a mutual interest in supporting each other’s efforts in various domains, especially in facilitating the religious obligations of Pakistani pilgrims.

The engagement reflects the ongoing cooperation and brotherly relations between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, underscoring the shared cultural and religious bonds that link the two countries.
