Reopening of coal mines will open new vistas of development: Turi

Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development, Sajid Hussian Turi has said reopening of 62 coal mines in Kurram will create five thousand job opportunities and open new vistas of development in the area.

In a statement, he expressed hope this initiative aligns with the vision of PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, who aims to create employment opportunities and ensure the welfare of coal mine workers.

Coal mines in Kurram district are being reopened after 16 years which is expected to make a substantial contribution to the national economy.
