S.G. Power Limited’s Board Meeting

Karachi: This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, 22nd day of December 2011 at 09:30 a.m., at the registered office of the Company to consider the Quarterly Accounts for the ended period September 30th 2011.

The Company has declared the “Closed Period” from December 18, 2011 to December 22, 2011 as required under Clause (xxvi) of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the Listing Regulation No. 37 of the Exchange. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
