Karachi: This is to inform you that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held at 9 A.M on Thursday, 15th September, 2011 at SF-96, S.I.T.E., Karachi to consider and approve Audited Accounts for the year ended 30th June, 2011.

Please further note that the ‘closed period’, as defined in the ‘frequently asked questions’ (FAQ) on the Code of corporate Governance (Revised) of BECP, as been determined between 8-Sep 2011 to 15-Sep-2011 (both days inclusive). The Directors, CEO and Executives have been directed not to deal, directly or indirectly, in the shares of the Company during the closed period.
