Saudi Delegation Visit Expected to Strengthen Pakistan-Saudi Trade Ties

Islamabad, Commerce Minister Jam Kamal Khan announced that a three-day visit by a high-level Saudi trade delegation is set to bolster the trade relationships between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. The visit, aimed at enhancing bilateral trade and investment, includes a series of Business-to-Business (B2B) meetings between leading companies from both nations.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Minister Khan highlighted the visit’s potential to open up numerous trade and investment opportunities across various sectors of Pakistan’s economy. The Commerce Ministry has facilitated interactions between numerous Pakistani companies and their Saudi counterparts, focusing on sectors such as agriculture, mining, human resources, energy, chemicals, and maritime.

Minister Khan also noted that the discussions would explore investment opportunities in other significant sectors including refinery, IT, religious tourism, telecom, aviation, construction, water, and power generation. This initiative is part of a broader effort to deepen economic ties and mutual cooperation between the two countries.
