Lahore, Sazgar Engineering Works Limited has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting on June 7, 2024, in Lahore to deliberate on matters other than financial results. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company has also instituted a “Closed Period” from June 5, 2024, to June 7, 2024. During this time, no director, CEO, or executive is permitted to deal in the company’s shares, in line with Clause 5.6.1.(d) of PSX Regulations.
