Senate and National Assembly Sessions Resume in Islamabad

Islamabad, The Senate and the National Assembly resumed their respective sessions today in Islamabad, chaired by Senate Chairman Yousaf Raza Gillani and National Assembly Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq. The sessions began with tributes to security officials who recently fell in a terrorist attack in Lakki Marwat.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the National Assembly’s session opened with a moment of remembrance, with Member National Assembly Ali Muhammad Khan leading the prayer for the martyred security officials. The sessions are set to address various national issues as they proceed.
