Karachi, Shahzad Textile has announced a change in its company secretary position effective March 28, 2024. Mr. Muhammad Faisal has stepped down from his role as the company’s secretary. Following his departure, Mr. Muhammad Amjad Tayyab has been appointed as the officiating Company Secretary.
The company has advised the TRE Certificate Fielders of the Pakistan Stock Exchange to update their records to reflect this change in the administrative position.
