Shehbaz Sharif Leads High-Level Delegation to Saudi Arabia for Strategic Talks

Karachi, In a significant diplomatic move, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif of Pakistan arrived in Saudi Arabia on a three-day visit, flanked by a high-level delegation, aiming to bolster the longstanding ties between the two nations. The delegation includes Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif and key members of the federal cabinet.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the Prime Minister’s entourage comprises notable figures such as Ishaq Dar, Khawaja Asif, Muhammad Aurangzeb, Abdul Aleem Khan, Attaullah Tarar, and Ahad Cheema. This visit marks a pivotal moment in Pakistan-Saudi relations, with discussions expected to cover various strategic and economic dimensions.

In a spiritual and diplomatic gesture, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif engaged in Isha prayers and offered nawafil at Masjid-e-Nabvi in Medina, paying respects at Roza-e-Rasool. His prayers for the progress and prosperity of the Muslim Ummah and Pakistan, and particularly for the oppressed Muslims in Palestine and Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, underscored the religious and political undertones of his visit.
