Sherry calls for concrete action to address climate change issue

Minister for Climate Change Sherry Rehman has asked big businesses to contribute to transformational change for Climate Action.

Speaking at “Leaders in Islamabad Business Summit 2023”, she said that without their active role in the transformative initiatives, the world will continue to experience escalating temperatures.

Sherry Rehman said that there is a pressing need for concrete and comprehensive action to address the pervasive issue of climate change.

She said it is important to foster a continuous dialogue and understanding between governments, businesses, and other stakeholders to ensure meaningful progress.
