Sindh CM, Japanese Ambassador discuss progress on JICA projects

The Ambassador of Japan to Pakistan Wada Mitsuhiro called on Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah in Karachi today.

During the meeting, projects being carried out by JICA came under discussion and it was agreed to work together for promotion of Information Technology.

They also discussed the project of setting up a meteorological radar system at Sukkur.

The Chief Minister underscored the need for an agricultural technology guidance project in view of climate change.

He said that there is a good potential of exports of agricultural products and fruits to Japan.
