Sindh Governor Honors 76 Individuals with Civil Awards for Exceptional Contributions

Karachi, In a significant recognition ceremony, Governor Sindh Kamran Khan Tesuri awarded civil honors to 76 individuals for their outstanding contributions across various sectors. The ceremony, underscored by the presence of Chief Secretary Sindh Syed Asif Haider Shah and numerous provincial secretaries, celebrated achievements in public service, bravery, and excellence.

According to Sindh Governor House, the awards were distributed in four categories: the Star of Distinction (Sitara-i-Imtiaz) to 18 individuals, the Presidential Medal for Good Performance to 8, the Medal of Bravery (Shujaat Medal) to 7, and the Medal of Excellence (Tamgha-i-Imtiaz) to 43 recipients. Esteemed personalities such as Prof. Dr. Amjad Siraj Memon, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Farooq Hasan, and Adnan Siddiqui were among the honorees, highlighting the diverse fields of the awardees from academia, arts to public service. The ceremony also paid tribute to heroes who have been posthumously recognized for their valor, demonstrating the province’s gratitude towards those who have made the ultimate sacrifice for their community and country.
