Synthetic Products Enterprises Reports No Known Causes for Share Price Volatility

Karachi: In response to inquiries regarding recent unusual movements in its share price, Synthetic Products Enterprises Limited (“SPEL”) has stated that it is unaware of any specific developments that could be influencing its stock performance.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), SPEL has not identified any events or information within the company that would qualify as “Price-Sensitive Information” as of now. This statement was issued following a query from the PSX, referenced in letter No. PSX/Gen-1004 dated July 24, 2024, concerning the unexpected volatility in SPEL’s share price.

The lack of identifiable causes for the share price movements places emphasis on the ongoing monitoring by market regulators and the company to ensure that all regulatory requirements are met and that the market remains informed of any relevant developments.

As the situation develops, SPEL has committed to maintaining transparency with shareholders and the regulatory body, and will report any findings that may explain the recent stock price fluctuations.
