Turkish Naval Chief Engages in Expert Talks at Islamabad Naval Headquarters

Islamabad: Vice Admiral Ibrahim Ozdem KOCER, Chief of Staff of the Turkish Naval Forces, visited the Naval Headquarters in Islamabad to participate in the 6th Pakistan Navy-Turkish Navy Expert Level Staff Talks. This visit marks a continued effort to strengthen naval cooperation between the two nations.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Vice Admiral KOCER was welcomed by Vice Admiral Ovais Ahmed Bilgrami, Vice Chief of the Naval Staff, upon his arrival. The Turkish Naval Chief then met with Admiral Naveed Ashraf, Chief of the Naval Staff, where they discussed various professional matters of mutual interest.

The expert-level talks focused on a range of topics including operational strategies, training, and technical cooperation. These discussions are part of ongoing efforts to enhance collaboration and share knowledge between the naval forces of Turkey and Pakistan.
