Turtle Authorities Clamp Down on Hazardous Transport Practices

Turtle: Following directives from higher officials, Assistant Commissioner Mach Arslan Khan led a campaign against unsafe transport practices, particularly addressing the issue of passengers riding on vehicle roofs.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, the initiative emphasizes public safety and the enforcement of strict traffic rules to prevent accidents and fatalities associated with passengers sitting on the roofs of moving vehicles. Assistant Commissioner Khan issued stern warnings to drivers, indicating that non-compliance could result in legal actions and possible cancellation of transport routes. He also appealed to the public to adhere to safety norms and avoid such dangerous practices to ensure their safety. This crackdown is part of a broader effort by the district administration to enforce vehicle regulations and protect the lives of its citizens.
