UAE Ambassador Meets with Punjab Chief Minister and PML-N President to Discuss Investment and Cooperation

Lahore, Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz President Muhammad Nawaz Sharif were met by UAE Ambassador Hamad Obaid Ibrahim Saleem Al-Zabi. Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif and Muhammad Nawaz Sharif expressed gratitude for the UAE’s announcement of $10 billion investment in Pakistan. Discussed – In the meeting, cooperation was agreed to increase agricultural productivity and promote food security.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Punjab, Prime Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif said that relations with the United Arab Emirates are based on mutual respect and trust. President Pakistan Muslim League (N) Muhammad Nawaz Sharif said that relations between Pakistan and United Arab Emirates are like brothers. Senior Provincial Minister Maryam Aurangzeb was also present.
