Ziarat Advances Solar Transition for Agricultural Tube Wells

Ziarat: In a strategic move to enhance agricultural efficiency, Ziarat officials, led by Deputy Commissioner Liaquat Ali Kakar, convened to expedite the conversion of agricultural tube wells to solar power systems.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, the meeting, which included Assistant Commissioner Abdul Raziq and other key local officials, resolved to assemble a list of all legal tube wells eligible for this transition within three days. Deputy Commissioner Kakar emphasized the conversion’s potential to revolutionize agriculture and address long-standing demands from landowners for more sustainable and efficient farming practices. He reiterated the government’s commitment to agriculture as a crucial sector for national development and pledged to prioritize resolving any issues faced by farmers.
