68 bottles Illicit Liquor recovered, 9 accused arrested by Excise and Taxation Department

Karachi, December 03, 2012 (PPI-OT): On special directives of Minister for Excise and Taxation Mukesh Kumar Chawla a campaign was launched against drugs by Excise and Taxation Department Karachi and raided in the different parts of Karachi, recovered 58 liters of illicit liquor and arrested 9 accused. According to details Excise and Taxation Department Team raided in the areas of Jamila Para, Zia Colony Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Al-Watan Hotel Banaras Chowk Peerabad, Quarter Deedar Hotel near Kachra Kundi Neelam Colony, Tauheed Colony,Musa Colony Christan Para F.C.area, Ibrahin Haidri Goth, Punjabi Mohalla, Kohistan Chowk North Karachi and Gulshan 13-D an arrested 9 accused Faizan, Baqi Jan, Ghulam Muhammad, Muhammad Ishaq, Tariq Ahmed, Abdul Waheed, Muhammad Qamar, Sarzamir Khan and Pervaiz and recovered 58 bottles of illicit liquor and 10 bottles bear Alcohol. Cases have been registered against these accused.
