Analyst Hails Govt’s Diplomacy on Middle East Conflict

Islamabad: Amb. Waheed Ahmad, a former diplomat, has expressed concerns over the escalating situation in the Middle East, warning that it could potentially worsen and spread to other regions. According to Radio Pakistan, the Pakistani government is committed to ensuring that Iran does not suffer adverse effects due to the conflict. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar are closely following developments in the region. They are reaching out to senior leaders in various countries to explore mechanisms and strategies to de-escalate the situation. The Pakistani leadership is urging all involved parties and nations to exercise restraint to maintain regional peace and stability.
