Balochistan Particle Board Limited’s board meeting & closed period

Karachi: This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Director’s of Balochistan Particle Board Limited (BWHL) will be held at 12.00 noon, on Tuesday, February 28, 2012 at 4th Floor, Imperial Court, Dr. Ziauddin Ahmed Road, Karachi to consider and approve the unaudited financial statements of the Company for the half year ended December 31, 2011.

Closed Period

In terms of the clause (xxvi) of the Code of Corporate Governance, we have to advise you that the closed period prior to the announcement of the financial results of the company has been determined from February 22, 2012 to February 28, 2012 both days inclusive.
